These pictures show crews working on the outbound US 290 mainlanes at Hollister Street. Part of this work involves building the new retaining wall, which is decorated in the vertical scheme of the Green Ribbon Project. This is an effort by the TxDOT Houston District to make roadways more aesthetically pleasing.
